- 1 = very low
- 2 = low
- 3 = meet the expection

*So for the above situation we can conclude as Ali has meet the expectation, Ahmad is good and Abu is outstanding.

EFFICIENT VS EFFECTIVE

Efficient : Performing or functioning in the best possible manner with the least waste of time and effort.

Effective : Adequate to accomplish a purpose, producing the intended or expected result.

For the simple meaning, we can conclude that effective is do the right things while efficient is do the things right.

As example :
Ali is a support staff which every 5 minutes he will receive a single call to fix the same problem but he always fix the problem at a fast time. After a few month, Ahmad replace the position and the same problem occur. So to fix the problem, he include the solution for the problem into the software and the number of people call is decrease.

For the above situation, we can conclude that Ali is an efficient staff because he always response fast to his customer. For Ahmad, he is an effective because he provide the solution to his customer and his customer can easily solve their problem.

For your point of view, which one is better? Effective or efficient?
